Guarantee

If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may bring your eyeglasses back for a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value.

All original products must be returned to take advantage of our return policy. We are unable to give cash refunds, in-store credits will be issued.

FRAMES are covered under warranty for one year from the purchase date. Brenart Eye Clinic will replace the frame at no cost to you. The warranty includes defect or breakages that occur under normal wear. This does not include excessive or intentional abuse. Lost products are not covered under warranty.

Replacement LENSES are covered under the purchase of a scratch warranty one time within one year for normal scratches at no cost to you. If you should need a second replacement within one year of the purchased scratch warranty, Brenart Eye Clinic will replace the lenses at 50% of the current retail price.
